With no-makeup makeup and wavy hair, Bieber isn’t so much dressed for the beach as she is equipped to simply have it all this summer. She accessorizes with chunky knitted hats, Tombolos, summer camp-like jewelry filled with puka and cowry shells. It all serves as a reminder that, this summer, the world is our oyster.
