The Tampa Bay Buccaneers received their rings for their Super Bowl 55 championship on Thursday night.
“I think this is by far the most incredible ring that’s ever been made and it’s commemorating a very special team that came together at the most important moments,” Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady said of the rings in a statement released by the team.
Though “most incredible ring that’s ever been made” is certainly a subjective statement, Brady is an expert on the topic considering he now owns seven Super Bowl rings. And there’s no denying at the very least that the Bucs’ rings, made by Jason of Beverly Hills, are among the most unique in NFL history.
The highlight of their rings is the removable top, which reveals Raymond James Stadium. This feature was added to commemorate the fact that the Bucs became the first team in NFL history to win the Super Bowl in their home stadium. The top of the rings aren’t too shabby, either, featuring 319 diamonds to celebrate the Buccaneers’ 31-9 triumph over the Kansas City Chiefs in the Super Bowl, the franchise’s second title.
