Jasmine Moore, the 2022 NCAA Indoor and Outdoor Champion in the Long Jump, continued her outstanding season on Thursday evening, qualifying to the World Athletics Championships with a runner-up finish in the Long Jump at the USATF Outdoor Championships.
Moore was a perfect 8-for-8 on titles in the NCAA season across the horizontal jumps and now makes her first senior team in the Long Jump.
She was an Olympian last summer in the Triple Jump, an event she will compete in on Saturday afternoon.
The Gators filled up three of the eight spots in the Long Jump final with Claire Bryant (6.50m/21-4) and Anna Hall (6.42m/21-0.75) finishing 7th and 8th respectively.
