Luxury online fashion retailer Moda Operandi is strengthening its leadership team ahead of its post-pandemic recovery.
The e-commerce shop appointed Dermott Sullivan and Don Allen in the newly created roles of chief operating officer and chief information officer, respectively.
Sullivan is the former SVP of finance at Hudson Bay. Prior to HBC, he held leadership roles in finance, marketing and more, at Neiman Marcus Group, over 24 years. He will replace the SVP supply chain position, previously held by Nikhil Soares, who has left the company.
Likewise, Don Allen was most recently a technology leadership consultant at Datec. He also has a long history of experience as the chief information officer for A.K.A. Brands and director of portfolio technology at Summit Partners, among roles at Zulily, Drugstore.com and Costco.
Finally, Mark McClendon was named senior vice president of global marketing and sales. He equally joins the company from the Neiman Marcus Group where he was vice president of media and marketing strategy. He succeeds Patrick Emanuel, who was the former vice president of marketing and e-commerce strategy, in an expanded role.
