Pryor’s new Born & Raised fest announces post-pandemic lineup and more Oklahoma music news

The Born & Raised Music Festival, a new outlaw, Texas and Red Dirt country music and camping event in Pryor, has announced the lineup and details for its 2021 inaugural experience.

The fall fest will feature more than 30 acts, including headlining sets from ZZ Top and Cody Jinks, plus performances from Blackberry Smoke, Lucinda Williams, Randy Rogers Band, Parker McCollum, Robert Earl Keen, Pat Green, Jack Ingram and more.

The event is set for Sept. 18-19 with a special pre-festival Honky Tonk Friday Sept. 17 at the Pryor Creek Music Festival Grounds, the long-standing home of Rocklahoma.

The inaugural Born & Raised Music Festival was initially scheduled for June 2020 but was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

In addition to The Friday Night Honky Tonk, the 2021 Born & Raised fest will feature The BBQ Ranch curated by legendary pitmaster Wayne Mueller, owner/pitmaster of Central Texas’ famed Louie Mueller Barbecue. The BBQ Ranch will feature some of the top pitmasters in the region, offering samples and BBQ demonstrations for fans.
